Education and literacy help an individual to lead a stronger and a better life. Since its inception IWAYSF has been working on spreading literacy among children from BPL backgrounds so that when they grow up they do not remain deprived from leading a respectable life and can get equal opportunities to make place for him or herself in the society.
IWAYSF organizes various platforms for spreading literacy among children.
Saplings:‘Sapling’ is a preschool for young children to get accustomed to the culture of education and studies. The main aim of the foundation is to help these children from BPL background to work towards attaining a better future.
CSR Projects:IWYSF works on various CSR projects on twenty such schools as mentioned to help the children in these schools to attain proper education and make them eligible to sit and pass the board exams with high scores which make them eligible to continue with their higher studies.
Skill Development Projects:IWAYSF not only works on providing qualifications in terms of degrees to the children and youth but also works on various projects on the youth and women of the country where they are taught vocational skills like stitching, bea4itician’s course, manufacturing jute based and cotton products.
The ultimate goal of Indian Women and Youth Skills Foundation is to spread literacy among all at every strata of the society and help them to attain equal opportunities to establish themselves to have a better future.
