Youth Empowerment is a necessity in today’s social scenario. Youth empowerment is an attitudinal, structural, and cultural process whereby young people gain the ability, authority, and agency to make decisions and implement change in their own lives and the lives of other people, including youth and adults. An empowered youth stands the chance of succeeding in his society unlike those who lack such opportunity. Empowerment can be carried out by self or sponsored. Be it sponsored or self-empowerment, support is very important as it “beautifies” the youths and their countries at large. The mission of our Empowerment Program is to provide education, employment assistance, health, housing referrals and support services for women and youth who are in disadvantaged positions due to incarceration, poverty, homelessness, HIV/AIDS infection, and/or involvement in the criminal justice system!

Job grooming plays a vital role in cracking an interview. No other situation demands as much attention to your appearance and grooming as does the job interview. An important first impression will be formed that colors all other impressions made during the interview either positively or negatively. Proper job grooming and professional appearance are important to gain not just positive impression but also respect at the workplace. First impressions matter and the way one looks and carries oneself create impact on people you get along with in the work setting. Job grooming is not about proper dressing only, on the contrary, it is about the entire personality of the interviewee.
