The first and foremost qualifier to take up a case and initiate our work is the nature of the challenge we will be combating. IWAYSF works mainly on Youth Empowerment, Women Empowerment and Educating children from BPL background related projects. Area of our work: Financing education of underprivileged children
Sample Case Study
There are many children in the society who are deprived from getting the opportunity to complete their education due to their family’s financial condition. IWAYSF works towards reaching out to such children to complete their education.
Salima Bibi, a domestic help who works hard to support her family was struggling to finance her son’s education. IWAYSF took up the responsibility of her son’s education.

During the time of lock down in India due to COVID 19, many families faced problems in availing groceries and medicines. IWAYSF was approached by 26 such families for assistance and in no time our team members got into action and worked hardtowards solving the problems keeping all the other challenges aside.

Sample Case Study
Unemployment is a major issue in our country. The predicament of the situation is such that we cannot combat it until our youth gets well trained and get ready for being employed.
IWAYSF provides computer training, handicraft training, stitching, cooking, AC repairing training and helps individuals to set up businesses or get employed. Till date we have successfully placed 257 candidates nationwide and the number is increasing every passing month.

Sample Case Study
Every year, India witnesses so many deaths due lack of finance to conduct a proper treatment. Recently Indian Women and Youth Skill Foundation, has started a section where if you know of any individual who is suffering from an ailment which he or she cannot treat due to financial issue, on contacting IWAYSF the team will organize a campaign to support the patient financially.
January 2020, IWAYSF organized its first case of arranging funds for an open heart surgery of a 9 year old.
Our Journey
Incorporated in the year 2016, “Indian Women and Youth Skill Foundation” was instated to serve the society and slowly and steadily eradicate poverty and its causes and thereby bring stability in the society. We try to enact this through various education and livelihood programs in various parts of West Bengal. We believe in values and hence we practice commitment and that makes us unique. Our mission is to empower women, children and youth to realize their rights and access resources by enjoying the benefits of education, good health and livelihood so that they are enabled to transform their communities. In the last 4 years we have successfully above 500 projects and are many more on-going projects.
Our projects are our way to successfully execute and accomplish our mission! Based on the services we render to the society our projects can be categorized under five broad categories!
